A Half Ribbed Steel Plated Griddle with a solid 12mm thick machined steel plate to ensure even heat distribution when cooking. The fully welded plates eliminate dirt traps making it easier to clean.

The griddle is thermostatically controlled by a rotary knobs with two control zones which allows for precise cooking and saving energy when not required or used.
