Replacement Medium Belts B (White)for Knife Wizard Nirey KE3000 & KE280 Knife Sharpeners

Fine abrasive belts C fit both the KE3000 and the KE280 sharpeners. Each set is comprised of one matching pair of belts.

The belts for the Nirey KE280 and KE3000 sharpeners should last for about 100 knife sharpenings, 50 on one side of the belt and 50 on the other. When one side has become worn, unscrew the wing nut underneath the machine with your finger and take off the top cover. Both wheels are now exposed. Using your finger, unscrew the end plates of the wheels, take them off and turn them around. You will now be able to get another 50 knife sharpenings on the other side of the belts.

The belts for the Nirey KE280 and KE3000 are reversible, therefore you can fit them any way you like.

The machines are originally fitted with fine grade aluminium oxide belts.

- Fine belts are perfect for softer steel knives or for Japanese blades.

- Medium belts are fantastic for taking completely unprofiled knives back to where they should be. Medium belts are also great for German knives which tend to have more "stubborn" steel.

- Coarse belts are best suited for cleavers or thicker knives. These are quite aggressive.
